ALPHALAW™ ESPRIT

The AlphaLAW™ ESPRIT is a Microsoft Windows based legal accounting, time and case management system.

The accounting system includes all the functions necessary for the account's department. It is simple and logical to operate and very few computer skills are required. From introducing client or matter details into the database to issuing bills to running reports; all these activities are easy to opperate within the system. Client/matter details are displayed in a manner representing the traditional ledger card layout.

The time recording function enables you to keep true and accurate records of time spent on a matter. Multiple work types may be defined along with varying rates separating private and legal aid work. Accurate interim and final bills can be quickly and simply drafted with minimum interruption to your daily tasks.

The case management function allows you to integrate the client database, accounting and time recording facilities with document production, diary and task monitoring. With these features AlphaLAW™ Esprit allows you to manage your practices valuable resources in a timely and effective manner.

 

ALPHALAW™ ESPRIT DESK

The AlphaLAW™ DESK will allow fee earners and support staff to rapidly locate a client or matter; examine the financial or time details; use the in-built report generator to extract reports based upon your unique requirements. The on-screen time recorder enables you to dynamically record time as you work - select the matter, select the work type and press START - it's as simple as that!
