AlphaLAW™ VANTAGE
The AlphaLAW™ Vantage Accounts system includes all the functions necessary for the account's department. These functions include client and office accounting in compliance with the Law Society Accounts Rules, purchase ledger, nominal ledger, bank reconciliation, interest calculator, cheque printing, VAT control, profit and loss, balance sheet, multiple branch control, fee note control, legal aid support, bill and disbursement control, together with a vast range of management and auditing reports.
The Case Management system is an integral part of the Vantage™ system. Cases are progressed by establishing a 'standard' type of case and by building up data on an on-going basis. This data is recorded once, but will be used many times with on-going correspondence and activities. Case dairies and task listings keep the fee earner up to date with all relevant 'to do' lists.
Vantage™ also features all of the DESK functions described below.
AlphaLAW™ VANTAGE DESK
The AlphaLAW™ Vantage DESK is designed specifically to meet the needs of the fee earner. Included amongst its many components is a very sophisticated yet simple to use client matter search and locate function (including the ability to locate a client or matter by ; name, postcode, date of birth, NI Number, address and a lot more) diary, dynamic time recording, report production, e-mail facilities, direct integration to Microsoft WORD, wills, deeds and trust registers, attendance/case notes and the option to add new clients and open matters. Again, all of the Case Management functionality is available to the fee earner.
